摘要
针对脱硝控制方案过程中控制精度低、响应速度慢等问题,本文利用DCS控制系统实现了对脱硝工艺装置的优化,解决了烟气烟道NO流量难以测量的问题。介绍了北京和利时的DCS系统在烟气脱硝控制系统中的应用,并分析了LNB+SCR技术的脱硝工艺流程、控制系统配置需求、软件组态以及硬件配置设计等,实现了脱硝装置的自动控制。
In order to solve the problems of low control accuracy and slow response in the process of denitrification control scheme,this paper optimizes the denitrification process device by using DCS control system,which solves the problem that the NO flow in flue gas is difficult to measure.In this paper,the application of DCS system in Beijing and Lishi in flue gas denitrification control system is introduced,and the denitrification process,control system configuration requirements,software configuration and hardware configuration design of LNB+SCR technology are analyzed to achieve automatic control of denitrification device.
