摘要
为达到环保标准,某厂2014年对该厂锅炉新增了脱硝系统,通过一段时间运行,脱硝系统喷氨量大、氨逃逸率高、催化剂堵塞、损坏频繁,造成下游空预器蓄热元件,除尘器布袋硫酸氢氨沉积堵塞严重。为提高脱硝效率,减少喷氨量,降低氨逃逸率,2019年该厂对#2机组实施了脱硝系统高效混流喷氨技术优化,取得了一定效果。
In order to meet the environmental protection standards,a new denitrification system was added to boilers in a factory in 2014.Through a period of operation,the denitrification system sprays a large amount of ammonia,has a high rate of ammonia escape,and the catalyst is blocked and damaged frequently,causing the downstream air preheater heat storage elements,and the cloth bag of the dust collector is seriously blocked by ammonia sulfate deposition.In order to improve the denitrification efficiency,reduce the amount of ammonia spray and reduce the rate of ammonia escape.In 2019,the factory carried out the optimization of high-efficiency mixed-flow ammonia spray technology of denitrification system for unit#2 and achieved certain results.
