摘要
本文分析了循环流化床锅炉水冷壁易磨损部位和原因,设计研发了一种新型金属防磨梁,此防磨梁具有体积小、重量轻等优点,既不影响炉内燃烧又减少了水冷壁承重,块与块之间相互独立可以避免局部磨损带来的大面积更换,维护成本低。在锅炉水冷壁上加装运行2年多,测量数据对比显示最大磨损减薄量不超过0.2 mm,金属防磨梁的加装大大缓解了水冷壁的磨损速率,单台炉年节约水冷壁换管检修费用至少30万元以上,取得了非常好的防磨效果。
In this paper,an analysis is presented of the wear parts and reasons for circulating fluidized bed boiler water wall wear.A new type of metal wear beam has also been designed and developed.This wear beam possesses small volume and light weight,does not affect furnace combustion,and reduces the water wall bearing.The installation of the wear beams is independent,with consequent low maintenance costs and avoiding having to change large areas when suffering partial wear.This technology has been installed for more than 2 years on the water-cooled wall of the boiler.The comparison of measurement data shows that the maximum wear thinning amount is not more than 0.2 mm.The installation of the metal anti-wear beam has greatly alleviated the wear rate of the water-cooled wall,and it has resulted in saved costs of maintaining water-cooled wall tube replacement of at least 300000 yuan per year for a single furnace.Thus,the use of the metal beams has achieved a notable anti-wear effect.
