石峡隧道富水断层破碎带塌方施工处理技术

Construction Treatment Technology of Collapse in Water Rich Fault Zone of Shixia Tunnel

本文以京礼高速(兴延段)石峡隧道为工程背景,该隧道位于富水破碎带,开挖爆破时出现涌水碎屑流。根据现场及勘察设计情况,采用支护加固及超前注浆止水等施工技术措施,处理隧道掌子面突泥涌水,为隧道安全质量、施工进度提供保障。

This paper explores the Shixia Tunnel on the Jingli Expressway′s Xingyan section,which is located in a water-rich fracture zone.During excavation and blasting,there were instances of water burst debris flow.The technical measures like support reinforcement and advance grouting water stop were adopted based on the survey and design conditions to address the mud and water burst at the tunnel face.These measures ensured the safety quality and construction progress of the tunnel.
