基于FlexSim的自动化仓库物流节拍的仿真研究

Research on Simulation of Logistics Beat in Automated Warehouse Based on FlexSim

以某生产企业的自动化仓库设计方案为研究对象,分析自动化仓库的物流过程,利用FlexSim仿真软件对自动化仓库的物流过程进行建模并仿真,研究自动化仓库的出库入库等物流节拍、设备利用率及瓶颈节拍,以验证自动化仓库的物流节拍是否满足设计要求。结果表明,自动化仓库的出入库节拍完全能够满足要求,且在当前出入库节拍下,设备利用率存在一定的富余。

Taking the design scheme of an automated warehouse of a production enterprise as the research object,analyze the logistics process of the automated warehouse,use FlexSim simulation software to model and simulate the logistics process of the automated warehouse,study the logistics rhythms of the automated warehouse,such as the outbound and inbound logistics rhythms,equipment utilization and bottleneck rhythms,to verify whether the logistics rhythms of the automated warehouse meet the design requirements.The results show that the delivery and receipt rhythm of the automated warehouse can be fully met,and there is a certain surplus in equipment utilization under the current delivery and receipt rhythm.
