A set of data acquisition and analysis system software for casting machine is developed with C#in this paper.This paper focuses on its system composition,data sources,data acquisition methods,data storage,data transmission and data analysis.The system runs stably,and has played a major role in the energy saving and efficiency improving for the casting machines.
