To achieve the objective of reducing costs,increasing efficiency,and improving production efficiency,Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is continuously exploring the key areas of lean management.The company has established a flat collaborative management system that enhances cross-department and cross-process production collaboration capabilities.Additionally,the application of flow management technology has created a closed-loop mechanism for process management,allowing for the realization of daily management processes.Furthermore,Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is deeply integrating information technology with lean management practices in modern iron and steel enterprises.This integration allows for the mining of production data,optimization of production management,and promotion of enterprise analysis and decision-making.Ultimately,this results in the overall improvement of enterprise lean production management.
