信念行为及其统一高校实验教学质量文化建设探析

摘要 高校实验教学质量文化建设对提高实验教学质量具有重要意义,树立实验教学质量信念、塑造实验教学质量行为、实现信念和行为的统一是高校实验教学质量文化建设的核心。信念决定行为,信念和行为的高度统一则决定教学质量,教学质量的提升反过来又影响和修正实验教学质量信念,周而复始的循环,最终在高校内部形成实验教学质量持续改进和提升的文化—高校实验教学质量文化。 The construction of experiment teaching quality culture in colleges and universities is of great significance,The core of the construction of the quality culture of experimental teaching in colleges and universities is to establish the belief of experimental teaching quality,shape the behavior of experimental teaching quality,and realize the unity of belief and behavior.Belief determines behavior,and the high unity of belief and behavior determines the quality of teaching.The improvement of teaching quality in turn affects and corrects the belief of experimental teaching quality,which circulates around again and again,and finally forms a culture of continuous improvement of experimental teaching quality in colleges and universities-the culture of experimental teaching quality in colleges and universities.
