摘要
高校实验教学质量文化建设对提高实验教学质量具有重要意义,树立实验教学质量信念、塑造实验教学质量行为、实现信念和行为的统一是高校实验教学质量文化建设的核心。信念决定行为,信念和行为的高度统一则决定教学质量,教学质量的提升反过来又影响和修正实验教学质量信念,周而复始的循环,最终在高校内部形成实验教学质量持续改进和提升的文化—高校实验教学质量文化。
