摘要
金纳米团簇由多个或几十个金原子组成,具有许多优点,包括大的斯托克斯位移、量子限制效应、寿命长、强的光致发光、良好的生物相容性、优良的荧光特性、水溶性和高的光学稳定性,是纳米传感器的理想材料,被广泛应用于各个领域。综述了金纳米团簇构建荧光传感阵列在检测中的研究方法和进展,阐述了其传感阵列构建机理,同时对金纳米团簇在疾病诊断和食品安全等研究领域发展趋势做简要展望。
Gold nanoclusters are composed of several or dozens of gold atoms and have many advantages,including large Stokes shift,quantum confinement effect,long life,strong photoluminescence,good biocompatibility,excellent fluorescence characteristics,water solubility and high optical stability.They are ideal materials for nano sensors and have been widely used in various fields.In this paper,the research methods and progress of fluorescence sensor array constructed by gold nanoclusters in detection are reviewed,the mechanism of sensor array construction is described,and the development trend of gold nanoclusters in food safety and disease diagnosis is briefly prospected.
