低温硫酸法烷基化装置换热器腐蚀泄漏原因分析及对策

摘要 通过对延长石油集团炼化公司20万t/a烷基化装置制冷剂换热器腐蚀泄漏情况技术分析,结合换热器管壳程结垢物检测报告,认为制冷剂换热器腐蚀泄漏的主要原因:一是再生硫酸浓度偏低,反应产生的副产物较多;二是循环异丁烷二氧化硫偏高且含有微量水,造成亚硫酸腐蚀;三是装置加工负荷较大、反应产物可能带微量酸;四是碳四原料杂质含量偏高,在硫酸环境下形成硫酸盐。并提出了减缓制冷剂换热器腐蚀泄漏的预防措施。 This Article through to extend the oil group refining company 200000 t/a alkylation unit analysis of corrosion leakage of refrigerant heat exchanger technology,combined with the shell side of the heat exchanger tube scaling test report,think that the main reasons for the corrosion leakage of refrigerant heat exchanger:one is the regeneration of sulfuric acid concentration is low,the reaction by-products produced more;Second,circulating isobutane sulfur dioxide is high and contains trace water,resulting in sulfite corrosion;Third,the processing load of the device is large,and the reaction products may carry trace acid;Fourth,the impurity content of carbon four raw materials is high,forming sulfate in sulfuric acid environment.And put forward the preventive measures to slow down the corrosion leakage of refrigerant heat exchanger.
