摘要
采用界面聚合的方法制备了带正负两种电荷的新型复合纳滤膜。先将氯甲基化聚砜/聚砜共混膜季铵化得到正电荷的基膜,再通过2,5-二胺基苯磺酸(DIA)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)的界面聚合反应得到荷负电的复合层,从而制备了QAPSF/PSF/DIA复合纳滤膜。实验测定了基膜和复合膜对单盐、PEG1000和PEG1000+NaCl混合系统的通量和截留情况,实验结果表明,复合膜对PEG1000的截留率达到86%,对盐的截留率不高,在0%~35%之间。还研究该复合膜对染料+盐系统的应用情况。实验结果表明QAPSF/PSF/DIA复合膜对活性翠蓝截留率达到100%,对二甲酚橙截留率达到96%,对染料截留率随染料分子量增大而增大。
QAPSF/PSF/DIA composite nanofiltration membrane with both positive and negative charges was fabricated by interfacial polymerization.The positively charged support membrane was obtained by quaternizing a chloromethylated polysulfone(CMPSf)/polysulfone(PSF)blend membrane.meanwhile,the negatively charged composite layer was produced by the IP reaction-diaminobenzene sulphonic acid(DIA)and trimesoyl chloride(TMC).The flux and rejection of the support membrane and the composite membrane to the single salts,PEG1000,and PEG1000+NaCl system was measured.The experiment results showed that the retention rate of the composite membrane to PEG1000 is 86%,the retentions of salts are not high,between 0-35%.The application of composite membrane to the dyestuff+salt systems was also studied in the paper.The experimental results show that for,the retention of the QAPSF/PSF/DIA composite nanofiltration membrane to activity KN—G is up to 100%,and the retention of xylenol orange is 96%.With the dye molecular weight increasing,the retention rate of dyes also increases.
