己内酰胺化工废水处理工程应用

摘要 己内酰胺化工废水COD、氨氮浓度高,pH值变化幅度大,可生化性低,是难降解的一类工业废水。其中,氨肟化装置排出的废水COD高达7 000~8 000 mg/L,氨氮高达600 mg/L,重排装置排出的废水COD高达4 000 mg/L,氨氮高达2 000 mg/L。根据各生产环节排放的废水特点分别对氨肟化废水进行芬顿催化氧化预处理、对双氧水废水进行气浮预处理;针对预处理后的综合废水可生化性仍然较低的特点,采用多级水解+多级AO+深度处理组合工艺对污染物进行有效去除,出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。该工艺抗冲击能力强,处理效率高,运行稳定。 Caprolactam wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater which has high concentration of COD,ammonia nitrogen,large pH change range and low biodegradability.Among them,the COD of wastewater discharged from the ammoximation unit is as high as 7000~8000 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen is up to 600 mg/L,the wastewater COD discharged from the rearrangement device is as high as 4000 mg/L,and the ammonia nitrogen is as high as 2000 mg/L.According to the characteristics of wastewater discharged from each production link,Fenton catalytic oxidation pretreatment and air flotation pretreatment is used for ammonia oximation wastewater’s treatment.In view of the problem that the biodegradability of pretreated comprehensive wastewater is still low,the combined process of multistage hydrolysis and multistage AO-powder activated treatment is used for its treatment.The effluent can reach the first class standard(A)of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).The said combined process has strong impact resistance,high treatment efficiency and stable operation state.
