摘要
风机大件长度影响山区风电场道路转弯半径、路面加宽值选取,而转弯半径及加宽值决定改造工程量,其直接影响道路工程的造价,因此山区风电场进场道路改造优化设计极为重要。依托贵州山地风电场,研究风机大件运输半挂车的转向轨迹,基于MATLAB编制迭代程序,提出了一种山区风电场进场道路平面改造设计方法。研究成果经现场运输工况验证,设计结果准确、工程应用便捷,降低了工程造价,可为风电场道路平面改造设计提供参考。
The length of wind turbine blade affects the selection of the turning radius and road widening value of mountain wind farm road,and the turning radius determines the earthwork volume,which directly affects the cost of road engineering.Therefore,it is extremely important to optimize the design of wind farm approach road reconstruction in mountainous areas.Based on the mountainous wind farm in Guizhou,the steering trajectory of the semi-trailer for large-scale transportation of wind turbines is studied.Based on MATLAB,an iterative program is compiled,and a plane transformation design method for the approach road of the mountainous wind farm is proposed.The research results are verified by the on-site transportation conditions,and the design results are accurate,the engineering application is convenient,and the project cost is saved,which provides a reference for the design of road plane reconstruction of wind farm.
