摘要
假负载是一种可替代实际负荷的模拟负载,其容量大小可根据功能需要调节,如今被越来越多地运用到数据中心项目中。数据中心的供电质量要求极高,一旦发生故障就将导致重大经济损失,为保证其供电可靠性,需采取有针对性的综合测试来提前验证电气系统安全。以乌兰察布苹果数据中心项目为例,分析了运用假负载模拟各类工况的情况,保证了电气设备能按照设计意图和使用要求,实现安全、高效、稳定的运行和控制,避免设计缺陷、施工和设备质量问题,影响整个建筑的正常运行。
Dummy load is a kind of simulated load that replaces the actual load.Its capacity can be adjusted according to the functional needs.Nowadays,it is more and more used in data center projects.The power supply quality of the data center is extremely high.Once a fault occurs,it will lead to significant economic losses.In order to ensure its power supply reliability,targeted comprehensive tests should be taken to verify the safety of the electrical system in advance.Taking the Ulanqab Apple Data Center project as an example,using dummy load to simulate various working conditions is analyzed to ensure that the electrical equipment can achieve safe,efficient and stable operation and control in accordance with the design intention and use requirements,and avoid affecting the normal operation of the entire building due to design defects,construction and equipment quality problems.
