摘要
数字经济时代下,数字经济与农业发展深度融合成为新农村高质量发展的强大驱动力。通过选取2011-2020年辽吉黑三省数据,构建数字经济与农业发展的评价指标体系,实证检验其发展水平与耦合程度,最后通过Tobit模型对其耦合程度的影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:辽吉黑三省数字经济与农业耦合发展水平从轻度失衡发展到轻度协调,其中,辽宁的耦合发展最协调,其次是黑龙江,吉林最低。同时,辽吉黑三省数字经济和农业发展耦合程度受经济发展水平、政府支持程度和人才储备水平的正向影响。
In the era of digital economy,the deep integration of digital economy and agricultural development has become a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of new rural areas.By selecting the data of the three provinces of Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang from 2011 to 2020,the evaluation index system of digital economy and agricultural development is constructed,and the development level and coupling degree of the two are empirically tested.Finally,the influencing factors of its coupling degree are analyzed through Tobit model.The research results show that the coupling development level of digital economy and agriculture in the three provinces has developed from mild imbalance to mild coordination.Among them,the coupling development of Liaoning is the most coordinated,followed by Heilongjiang,and Jilin is the lowest.At the same time,the coupling degree of digital economy and agricultural development in the three provinces is positively affected by the level of economic development,the level of government support and the level of talent reserves.
