政府治理水平的高低会影响到交易成本、资源配置效率和政策效果,区域经济高质量发展一定匹配相应体制机制和政策体系。大都市区经济发展进入新时代,实现经济社会高效、公平和可持续发展的目标,需要创新突破生态治理结构,最终实现善政走向生态善治的治理。以郑州大都市区为研究对象,结合经济现状探讨高质量发展存在的问题,提出生态治理结构的创新突破,实现地区经济可持续高质量发展。

The level of government governance will affect the transaction cost,resource allocation efficiency and policy effect.The high-quality development of regional economy must match the corresponding system,mechanism and policy system.The economic development of metropolitan areas has entered a new era.To achieve the goal of efficient,fair and sustainable economic and social development,it is necessary to innovate and break through the ecological governance structure,and finally realize the governance from good governance to good ecological governance.Taking Zhengzhou metropolitan area as the research object,combining with the current economic situation,the paper discusses the problems of high quality development,and puts forward the innovation breakthrough of ecological governance structure,so as to realize the sustainable and high quality development of regional economy.
