The Construction of Value Chain of Smart Libraries

价值链构建的目的在于价值增值,构建智慧图书馆价值链,不仅可以为用户创造价值,也为智慧图书馆未来的发展提供增值空间,智慧图书馆作为智慧社会服务的子系统,构建其价值链实属必要。本文在解析智慧图书馆与价值链概念的基础之上,从服务战略、基础设施、参与主体、关键环节、保障措施等维度,系统分析智慧图书馆价值链构建的所需要素,从信息安全、用户感知、智慧馆员方面阐释了智慧图书馆价值链构建的困境,并从规避风险、智慧素养教育、智慧服务策略等维度提出智慧图书馆价值链构建困境的消解措施。

The purpose of value chain construction is to add value.Building the value chain of smart libraries can not only create value for users,but also provide value-added space for the future development of smart libraries.As a subsystem of smart social services,it is necessary to build its value chain.Based on the analysis of the concept of smart libraries and value chain,this paper systematically analyzes the necessary elements of the construction of smart library value chain from the dimensions of service strategy,infrastructure,participants,key links,and security measures,and explains the difficulties of the construction of smart library value chain from the aspects of information security,user perception,and smart librarians.It also puts forward solutions to the dilemma of the construction of smart library value chain from the aspects of risk avoidance,smart literacy education,smart service strategy and other dimensions.
