基于创新创业视域下高职电子商务专业人才培养模式探究

The Cultivation Mode of E-commerce Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

加强高职学生创新创业意识与提升创新创业能力培养是社会对高等职业教育提出的新要求,也是国家建设创新型社会的需要,更是高职学生职业能力可持续发展的需要。分析高职电子商务专业人才培养模式现状,多维度探索高职电子人才培养模式定位、优化课程体系、搭建创新创业实践平台、开展多样创业实践活动、强化创新创业教育保障体系等电子商务专业人才培养模式,使高职学生能更好地适应新经济形态下行业对电子商务人才的需求,实现更加高效的创新创业型人才培养效率,提升电子商务专业创新创业型人才培养的质量。

Strengthening the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship of higher vocational students and improving the relative ability are the new requirements of the society for higher vocational education and the need of the country to build an innovative society.It is also essential for vocational students to improve their professional ability.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation mode of e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges,the paper explores the cultivation mode of e-commerce talents from the aspects of defining the training orientation,optimizing the curriculum system,building an innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,carrying out diversified entrepreneurial practice activities,and strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship education security system.The mode is to help students to better adapt to the needs of the e-commerce industry under the new economic form,to help achieve more efficient training efficiency,and ultimately to help improve the quality of training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in e-commerce.
