摘要
近几年来随着直播行业的迅速崛起,大家的消费途径也从传统的淘宝购物变成由观看网红主播推荐购买商品,这种形式成为了现阶段网购消费者的普遍消费趋势。然而随着网络直播销售越来越热门,网络直播销售产品的质量问题也日益突出。如何确保直播销售产品的质量,保护消费者的权益,确定直播销售产品质量问题的责任,成为一个新的问题。因此,有必要对直播销售产品质量责任问题进行研究。
In recent years,with the rapid rise of live broadcast business,people's consumption channels have also changed from shopping on online platforms such as Taobao to buying goods recommended by online celebrity anchors when watching their live broadcast.It has become the general consumption trend of online shopping at this stage.However,with the increasing popularity of online live broadcast sales,the quality problem of the products is also increasingly prominent.How to ensure the quality of live broadcast products,protect the rights and interests of consumers,and determine the responsibility for the quality of live broadcast products has become a new issue.Therefore,it is necessary to study the quality responsibility of live broadcast products.
