中国与RCEP国家电信、计算机和信息服务贸易国际竞争力探析

Analysis on the international competitiveness of Telecommunication,Computer and Information service trade between China and RCEP countries

伴随着新一轮信息技术的迅速发展,以信息技术为基础的电信、计算机和信息服务贸易得到了快速发展,已成为国家经济发展的重要推动力。RCEP协定的实施为中国与RCEP其他国家在该领域的发展提供了更大的发展空间。在分析RCEP国家电信、计算机和信息服务贸易发展现状的基础上,运用IMS、RCAS、TC、NERCA四个指数对中国与RCEP其他国家在该行业的国际竞争力进行全面深入比较,分析中国与RCEP其他国家在该行业发展的机遇与挑战,据此提出充分利用好RCEP经贸规则、加强与RCEP各国在该领域合作等促进中国与RCEP其他国家在该领域的发展建议。

With the rapid development of a new round of information technology,trade in telecommunications,computer and information services based on information technology has developed quickly and become an important driving force of national economic development.The implementation of the RCEP agreement provides greater development space for China and other RCEP countries in this field.Based on the analysis of the current situation of trade in telecommunications,computer and information services among RCEP countries,this paper makes an in-depth and comprehensive comparison of the international competitiveness of China and other RCEP countries in this industry by using the four indexes of IMS,RCAS,TC and NERCA.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the development of this industry between China and other RCEP countries.In view of this,the paper proposes to make full use of the economic and trade rules of the RCEP and strengthen cooperation with RCEP countries to promote the development of China and other RCEP countries in this field.
