数字经济对东北地区经济高质量发展的影响研究

The Impact of Digital Economy on High Quality Economic Development in Northeast China

数字经济已经成为推动经济高质量发展的重要抓手,在实现高质量发展的过程中,数字经济大有可为。选取2010-2018年东北地区数字经济与经济高质量发展的相关数据,构建固定效应模型,运用计量方法实证检验数字经济对东北地区经济高质量的影响。研究表明:数字经济可以显著提升东北地区经济高质量发展。由此提出平衡各地区数字发展协调关系、发挥市场和政府积极作用、推进传统工业向数字化转变、加快数字经济人才建设的建议,以促进东北地区经济高质量发展。

The digital economy has become an important lever for promoting high-quality economic development.In the process of achieving high-quality development,the digital economy has great potential.We selected relevant data on the digital economy and high-quality economic development in Northeast China from 2010 to 2018,constructed a fixed effects model,and used econometric methods to empirically test the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality economic development in Northeast China.The result has shown that the digital economy can significantly improve the high-quality development of the economy in Northeast China.Suggestions are proposed including to balance the coordinated relationship of digital development in various regions,play the active role of the market and government,promote the transformation of traditional industries towards digitalization,and to accelerate the training of digital economy talents,in order to promote high-quality economic development in the region.
