湖南现代化经济体系建设困境以及创新路径探究

The Difficulties and Innovative Path in the Construction of Hunan's Modern Economic System

建设现代化经济体系可以通俗地理解为在具备较强自主创新能力的基础上,实现经济的高质量发展,在经济环境愈加开放、经济效益较高的同时还要做到绿色环保。从自主创新、对外开放、绿色低碳三个方面分析湖南省建设现代化经济体系的现状以及面临的困境。在此基础上,提出创新建设现代化经济体系的路径,即全力推进科技型中小企业持续发展,推动产业结构优化升级,构建低碳经济示范区。

The construction of a modern economic system can be easily understood as achieving high-quality economic development based on strong independent innovation capabilities.While the economic environment is becoming more open and the economic benefits are high,it is also necessary to achieve green environmental protection.The paper analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by Hunan Province in building a modern economic system from three aspects:independent innovation,opening up to the outside world,and green and low-carbon.On this basis,the path of innovative construction of a modern economic system is proposed,which includes to fully promote the sustainable development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and to build low-carbon economic demonstration zones.
