Theoretical Analysis and Implementation Path Research on Constructing a Double Cycle New Development Pattern

构建双循环发展新格局是我国经济社会转型发展的重大战略方向。从循环动力、循环通道和循环环境三个视角,分析了国际国内循环的机理与特点,论述了新时代构建双循环发展新格局的现实意义。结合国际国内新形势,分别从供给侧、需求侧、循环通道和循环环境等方面,提出了优化提升国内国际双循环的对策建议。

Building a new pattern of dual cycle development is a major strategic direction for China's economic and social transformation and development.This paper analyzes the mechanism and characteristics of international and domestic circulation from three perspectives:circular power,circular channels,and circular environment,and discusses the practical significance of constructing a new pattern of dual cycle development in the new era.Based on the new international and domestic situation,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to optimize and enhance the international and domestic dual cycle from the supply side,the demand side,as well as the circulation channel and the circulation environment.
