Policy Research on the Third Generation Semiconductor Industry

第三代半导体产业快速发展,国际竞争日趋白热化,各国通过采取积极部署、建立创新中心、联合研发、加大投入等方式,将更多的财力、物力投入到产品的研发和终端应用。目前,我国第三代半导体形成了京津冀鲁、长三角、珠三角、闽三角、中西部等五大重点发展区域。对第三代半导体相关概念、国际第三代半导体发展现状、我国支持第三代半导体行业发展的政策历程、政策支持等方面进行了研究。

With the rapid development of the third generation semiconductor industry,international competition is becoming increasingly fierce.By adopting active deployment,establishing innovation centers,joint research and development,increasing investment and other ways,more financial and material resources will be put into product research and development and terminal application.At present,China's third generation semiconductor has formed five key development regions including the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Shandong,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Fujian Delta,central and western.The concept of the third generation semiconductor,the development status of the international third generation semiconductor,the policy history and policy support for the development of the third generation semiconductor industry are studied.
