摘要
介绍了区块链技术在强化企业外部董事作用、提升工作效能方面的研究背景、现状和现实价值,分析了区块链技术在企业外部董事作用决策中的优势和存在的问题,提出了企业董事会事务管理中应用区块链技术的方向办法以及需要解决的问题。
This paper expounds the research background,current situation and practical value of blockchain technology in strengthening the role of external directors and improving work efficiency.This paper analyzes the advantages and existing problems of blockchain technology in the role and decision-making of external directors of enterprises,and puts forward the direction,methods and problems to be solved in the application of blockchain technology in the affairs management of the board of directors of enterprises.
