抽油杆耐磨接箍液压卸扣专用装置研制与应用

摘要 在抽油机使用过程中,当出现抽油杆杆体因受到严重腐蚀需要报废处理时,虽然耐磨接箍腐蚀、磨损较轻,但由于耐磨接箍与抽油杆联结紧密,难以拆卸,只能同步报废处理,造成了资源浪费。针对以上问题,研制出一种抽油杆耐磨接箍液压拆卸专用装置。实际应用表明,该装置不仅有效提高拆卸效率,确保拆卸的耐磨接箍完好,而且能提高耐磨接箍的利用率和使用效益,具有较好的推广应用价值。 During the use of a pumping unit,when the rod body of the pumping rod needs to be scrapped due to severe corrosion,although the wear-resistant coupling is corroded and slightly worn,it is difficult to disassemble due to the tight connection between the wear-resistant coupling and the pumping rod,and can only be scrapped simultaneously,resulting in a waste of resources.In response to the above problems,the development of a special hydraulic disassembly device for wear resistant couplings of sucker rods has been carried out.The practical application shows that this device not only effectively improves the disassembly efficiency,ensures the integrity of the removed wear resistant couplings,but also improves the utilization rate and use efficiency of the wear resistant couplings,and has good popularization and application value.
