我国船舶制造业供应商管理研究

Research on Supplier Management in China's Ship Manufacturing Industry

中国船舶生产企业在全球需求不断攀升的背景下,发展势头强劲。中国造船市场份额近年来一直保持全球领先地位,2022年前三季度占全球造船新接订单量的53.6%。然而,与国外整体水平相比,我国的造船企业整体利润偏低。通过深入分析船舶生产企业供应商的现状,阐述了船舶生产企业供应商管理中遇到的常见问题,在此基础上对现有供应商进行重新分类,引入供应商分类管理,建立了船舶生产企业供应商选择指标体系,并提出供应商管控的具体措施。

Chinese shipbuilding producers are rising strongly against the backdrop of rising global demand.China's shipbuilding market share has remained a global leader in recent years,accounting for 53.6%of global shipbuilding new orders in the first three quarters of 2022.However,the overall profitability of China's shipbuilding enterprises is low compared to the overall foreign level.Through an in-depth analysis of the current situation of suppliers in shipbuilding production enterprises,the common problems encountered in supplier management of shipbuilding production enterprises are elaborated,on which the existing suppliers are reclassified,supplier classification management is introduced,a supplier selection index system for shipbuilding production enterprises is established and specific measures are proposed.
