摘要 随着国家清洁能源的发展,新能源被推广应用,在光伏发电并入电网的实施过程中,会遇到设备兼容度、运行稳定性、保护监控可靠性、调度运行契合度、应急保障安全性等包括技术层面、管理层面的诸多问题。通过多维度管控体系的构建与实施,填补了流程制度上的缺失,一体化融合了各技术领域、各专业队伍、各管理层级,为安全并网、可靠运行提供了有力保障,提升了管理水平,为新能源的普及应用起到了引领和示范作用。 With the development of national clean energy and the gradual promotion and application of new energy,the implementation process of integrating PV power into the grid will encounter many problems including technical level and management level such as equipment compatibility,operation stability,protection and monitoring reliability,scheduling and operation fit,and emergency security.Through the construction and implementation of multi-dimensional control system,the lack of process system has been filled,and the integration of various technical fields,professional teams and management levels has provided a strong guarantee for safe grid connection and reliable operation,improved the management level,and played a leading and demonstration role for the popularization and application of new energy.
