摘要
如今在工业和农业生产设备中大都涉及到温度控制问题,智能化温度控制的好与不好将直接对产品的质量和企业的收益造成严重的影响。而在实际生产中,因温度控制对象的特性不同,造成温度控制精度低,出现的严重的滞后现象等问题。基于单片机的温度控制系统,从单片机选择、传感器选择、系统软硬件设计、PID控制算法等方面概述了单片机的温度控制系统内涵,分析了其运行原理,研究了单片机温度控制系统的开发与应用。
Nowadays,temperature control issues are mostly involved in industrial and agricultural production equipment.Good or bad intelligent temperature control will directly affect the quality of products and the income of enterprises.In actual production,due to the different characteristics of temperature control objects,there are problems such as low temperature control accuracy and serious hysteresis.Based on single-chip microcomputer temperature control system,this paper summarizes the connotation of single-chip microcomputer temperature control system from aspects of single-chip microcomputer selection,sensor selection,system software and hardware design,PID control algorithm,etc.,analyzes its operating principle,and studies the development and application of single-chip microcomputer temperature control system.
