As its complex environment and various influencing factors,anti-corrosion of subsea risers in splash zone has always been the top priority for offshore platforms.Chloroprene rubber(CR)is a common construction process for anti-corrosion of platform riser.Base on common production process of CR anti-corrosion pipe,this paper will deeply analyze the key control elements of each production link,summarize the quality control points,and provide a reference for the comprehensive and effective control of product quality.
