摘要
运用SBM-Undesirable模型测算2006—2018年中部六省80个地级市的城市生态效率,分析人口规模、富裕程度、技术进步、产业结构等对城市生态效率的影响机制,结果表明:在样本期内,中部六省城市生态效率以2014年为转折点呈先降后升变动;南部省份生态效率普遍高于北部省份,排序为安徽>江西>湖北>湖南>河南>山西;城市生态效率的高值区由“E”字型集聚转而趋向空间分散,2014年后又出现“由”字型空间集聚。技术水平、产业结构对生态效率有显著促进作用,富裕程度具有抑制作用,城市规模影响不显著。最后提出加快技术进步、产业转型升级路径转变、遏制污染产业转移等对策建议。
The SBM-Undesirable model was used to measure the urban eco-efficiency of 80 prefecture-level cities in six central provinces from 2006 to 2018,and to analyze the influence mechanisms of population size,affluence,technological progress and industrial structure on urban eco-efficiency.The results show that:In the sample period,the urban eco-efficiency of the six provinces in central China decreased first and then increased with 2014 as the turning point.The urban eco-efficiency of the southern provinces is generally higher than that of northern provinces,in the order of Anhui>Jiangxi>Hubei>Hunan>Henan>Shanxi.The high value areas of urban eco-efficiency have changed from“E”clustering to spatial dispersion,and then the spatial clustering of the word“由”after 2014.Technological level and industrial structure have a significant role in promoting eco-efficiency,while the degree of affluence has an inhibiting effect,and city size has no significant effect.Finally,suggestions are put forward to accelerate technological progress,transform the industrial transformation and upgrading path,and curb the transfer of polluting industries.
