摘要
新工科卓越工程教育建设理念对研究型大学科教融合人才培养模式提出新要求。该文对新形势下的科教融合培养模式进行概念性分析,并以学术实践和工程实践协同牵引为原则,探索一种学术研究与工程教育共生发展的生长型科教融合方案。该文结合飞行器智能控制领域相关科研和教学实践,讨论该方案的可行性和具体实施途径,旨在为新时期空天控制学科专业人才培养模式转型提供新思考。
With construction of national New Engineering Disciplines(NED),the emerging concept on outstanding engineer training promotes the requirement to the quality of Integration of Scientific Research and Teaching(ISRT)for academic-type universities.In this paper,the ISRT-based training pattern of the current new developing era is analyzed,and with principle of cooperative led by both science and engineering practice,an iterative growth pattern of ISRT is proposed,in which academic research and engineering training are developing symbiotically.Based on the authors'research and teaching practice on the area of intelligent control in aerospace,the feasibility and the approach of implementation of the proposed growth pattern are also discussed,aiming to provide a new view of promoting the talent training quality for the aerospace control disciplines in the new developing era.
