农业院校思想政治理论课改革创新研究

农业院校思想政治理论课应该与国家人才培养需要联系在一起。农业院校办学的目的是培养以强农兴农为己任的乡村振兴人才,但是一直以来“三农”问题制约着农业现代化进程。农业院校思想政治理论课要具有针对性,就要从农业院校大学生的特殊性出发,采用坚持党对思政课的领导作用,培养“明道、信道”的思政课教师,完善思政课教材体系“牛鼻子”作用,增强“思政课共同体”意识,拓展思政课实践育人途径等方式,增强“三农”人才培养的理论性、针对性、亲和力。

The ideological and political theory course in agricultural colleges and universities should be connected with the needs of national talent training.The purpose of running agricultural colleges and universities is to cultivate rural revitalization talents with the responsibility of strengthening agriculture,but the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always restricted the process of agricultural modernization.The ideological and political theory course in agricultural colleges and universities should be targeted.Starting from the particularity of college students in agricultural colleges and universities,we should adhere to the party's leading role in ideological and political courses,cultivate ideological and political teachers who believe the theory,improve the leading role of the teaching material system of the ideological and political course,enhance the consciousness of"the community of ideological and political courses",expand the practical ways of the ideological and political course education,and enhance the theoretical,pertinence and affinity of talent training of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
