薄互层稠油油藏二次防砂井工艺及应用 被引量:1

The application of secondary sand control well technology in thin interbedded heavy oil reservoir

摘要 薄互层稠油油藏热采过程中防砂体系易失效,在对失效井扶躺时,需要分析二次防砂后油井产能,同时优化防砂筛管参数以确保油井二次防砂措施的有效性。通过精细描述Cinco-Ley产能模型中机械防砂的表皮系数,使之适用于薄互层油藏二次防砂油井;同时,在应用产能公式的过程中,提出了筛管拟渗透率的概念,以量化描述筛管渗透性。在Moriche油田二次防砂筛管设计中,优选渗透性更好的φ101.6 mm割缝筛管作为防砂筛管;基于杆管强度理论和热应力影响,优化了割缝长度和割缝密度。将二次防砂优化结果运用于Moriche油田的MKT-13井,取得了MTK-13井产能降低幅度小于5%的效果。该研究对薄互层稠油油藏二次防砂井具有重要意义。 The development of thin interbedded heavy oil reservoirs faces serious sand production problems during thermal recovery.When operating failure well,accurate capacity analysis is required after the secondary sand control and meanwhile sand control screen parameters would be optimized to ensure the effectiveness of the screen pipe in the well.The skin factor of mechanical sand control in Cinco-Ley capacity model is finely described to be appropriate for secondary sand control well technology in thin interbedded reservoir.A pseudo-permeability test method for screens is proposed to quantize permeability of screen in the process of capacity formular application.In the design of the secondary sand control screen in Moriche Oilfield,101.6 mm slotted screen with better permeability is choosed as sand control screen.Based on the strength theory of rod and pipe and the influence of thermal stress,the diameter and density of slit were optimized.The results of the secondary sand control optimization were applied to Well MKT-13 in Moriche Oilfield,and the productivity of Well MTK-13 was reduced by less than 5%.This study is of great importance for the secondary sand control in thin interbedded heavy oil reservoirs.
