摘要
高压方箱电机冷却器是电机的重要组成部分,冷却器的散热效果对电机温升有至关重要的作用,为此通过Simulation仿真分析到冷却器设计中,通过改变冷却器中相关部件,得出响应结论,以此来对冷却器进行优化,以达到提升冷却效果的目的,进一步改善电机温升。
The cooler is an important part of high-voltage square-box motor,and the heat dissipation effect of it is vital important to the temperature rise of the motor.Therefore,the simulation analysis is applied to the design of cooler,and the response conclusion is obtained by changing the relevant components in the cooler.The cooler has been optimized to reach the purpose of improving the cooling effect and further improving temperature rise of the motor.
