摘要
通过梳理2020~2022年防爆电气产品监督抽查结果和国内召回情况,分析了防爆电气整体质量状况及存在的质量问题,并结合防爆电气产品市场准入情况和相关标准情况探讨了问题产生的原因及危害。最后从生产经营者、使用单位和监管的角度给出了相关建议,为防爆电气产品质量提升提供了有益参考。
Through sorting the supervision and check results as well as the defect recall state of explosion-proof electrical products from 2020 to 2022 at home,this paper analyzes the overall quality status and the existing quality problems of the explosion-proof electrical products,discusses the root causes and hazards of the problem in combination with the market access and relevant standards states of the products,and puts forward the relevant suggestions from producers,operators,user units and supervision department.It provides a useful reference to improve the quality of explosion-proof electrical products.
