可可盖煤矿斜井过渡段TBM穿层施工技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对敞开式全断面硬岩隧道掘进机(TBM)在过渡段掘进过程中易偏离目标轴线,围岩可能存在不均匀位移,掘进风险大的问题,本文依托陕西延长石油矿业有限责任公司可可盖煤矿主斜井穿层段工程实况,通过提出TBM纠偏调控策略、掘进参数控制原则和配套的“锚网索喷+钢拱架+超前预注浆”的联合支护方法,确保TBM不偏离目标轴线,降低了TBM的不均匀位移,保证了掘进质量,对类似工况的工程施工具有借鉴意义。 According to easily deviate a target axis during a transition section tunneling process of an open-type tunnel boring machine(TBM),the surrounding rock could have an uneven displacement and tunneling could have a high risk problem.Depended on the actual condition of the main inclined shaft in Kekegai Mine of Shaanxi Yanchang petroleum mining corporation limited passed through the layer section,the paper provided TBM deviation control strategy,tunneling parameter control principle and“bolt,wire mesh,shotcreting+steel arch frame+advance pre-grouting”combined support method.Thus above could ensure that the TBM could not deviate from the target axis,could reduce the uneven displacement,could guarantee the tunneling quality and could provide the referential significance to the engineering construction with the similar condition.
