摘要
液压支架用过滤器是液压支架及其动力源乳化液泵站的关键元件,其性能关乎工作面采煤效率和安全生产。目前,我国无专业的高压滤芯强度试验技术及装备,严重阻碍了该产品的技术发展。针对该问题,依据NB/T 51016—2014标准对液压支架过滤器试验方法的要求,开发了智能杂质添加系统,实现了滤芯前后压差的快速建立,并自动加压至标准所需压力,并介绍了测控系统的设计与实现。测试结果表明,滤芯强度试验装置满足NB/T51016—2014标准的要求,加载速度可调、可控,系统运行稳定、可靠。
The filter for hydraulic support was a key component of the hydraulic support and its power source emulsion pump station,and its performance was related to the coal mining efficiency and safety production of the working face.At present,there is no professional strength testing technology and e-quipment for high-pressure filter elements in China,which seriously hinders the technological development of this product.In response to this issue,an intelligent impurity addition system had been developed according to the requirements of NB/T 51016—2014 standard for the testing method of hydraulic support filters.This system achieves rapid establishment of the pressure difference before and after the filter element,and automatically pressurizes it to the required pressure according to the standard.The design and implementation of the measurement and control system were also introduced.The test results showed that the filter strength testing device met the requirements of NB/T 51016—2014 standard,with adjustable and controllable loading speed,and stable and reliable system operation.
