摘要 本次实验经过化学反应、干燥、煅烧等工序合成了纳米片状Al_(2)O_(3)。通过烧结法制备了Al_(2)O_(3)/Al质量比分别为1%,2%和3%的纳米片状Al_(2)O_(3)增强铝基复合材料。通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜观察物相和形貌,然后通洛氏硬度和孔隙率测试其硬度和孔隙率,研究表明:烧结产品的主要物相是Al;片状Al_(2)O_(3)大部分存在于晶界,少部分存在于铝基体中;烧结能提高产品的硬度,并随片状Al_(2)O_(3)添加量的增加,硬度逐步提高;烧结产品的孔隙率随片状Al_(2)O_(3)的增加而增大。 In this experiment,nano flake Al_(2)O_(3)was synthesized by chemical reaction,drying,calcination and so on.Nano flake Al_(2)O_(3)-reinforced aluminum base composites with Al_(2)O_(3)/Al mass ratios of 1%,2%and 3%respectively were prepared by sintering.The phase and morphology were observed by an x-ray diffraction instrument and SEM and then tested by Rocthell hardness and porosity.The result showed that the primary phase is Al.Flake Al_(2)O_(3)is present in crystal boundary mostly and in the aluminum matrix in few;Sintering can improve the hardness of the product and the hardness gradually increase with the addition of flake Al_(2)O_(3);The porosity of the sintering product increases with the increasing of flake Al_(2)O_(3).
