关于土压平衡盾构用土体改良泡沫剂的试验研究

摘要 本文从土压平衡盾构隧道施工土体改良剂盾构泡沫剂的技术要求出发,针对土压平衡盾构使用的渣土改良剂之一泡沫剂进行配方试验。选择常用表面活性剂AOS、AES、K12在机械搅拌法下进行发泡量对比,以两两复配进行对比,确定AOS/AES复配比例为7∶3时,总有效表活浓度为3g/L,对比不同的增稠剂6501、CAB、高分子聚合物聚丙烯酸钠作为稳泡剂的效果,提升体系的半衰期。得到稳定、均一,且发泡性佳、稳泡好的通用型盾构泡沫剂实验室配方,采用Ross-Miles法进行产品国内外对比,自制产品综合性能指标和经济性明显优于国内外同类产品。 Based on the technical requirements of soil conditioner shield foam agent for EPB shield tunnel construction,the formula test of foam agent,one of the slag soil conditioners used by EPB shield,is carried out in this paper.Select common surfactants AOS,AES and K12 to compare the foaming amount under the mechanical stirring method,and compare them with the two mixtures.When the AOS/AES mixture ratio is 7∶3,the total effective surface activity concentration is 3 g/L.Compare the effects of different thickeners 6501,CAB and high polymer sodium polyacrylate as foam stabilizers,and improve the half-life of the system.The laboratory formula of general shield foam agent is stable,uniform,and has good foaming and foam stability.The Ross Miles method is used to compare the products at home and abroad.The comprehensive performance index and economy of the self-made product are obviously better than those of similar products at home and abroad.
