摘要
四川盆地威荣页岩气开发中,通常采用较小目数的砂阻止裂缝向下向外过度增长,但石英砂在深层页岩储层较高应力下可能无法提供足够的导流能力,因此会混用较高耐压级别的陶粒支撑剂,页岩压裂缝多为垂直裂缝与水平裂缝的交互复杂缝网,传统石英砂支撑剂及陶粒支撑剂在垂直裂缝的铺至效率低,对一种新型自悬浮覆膜石英砂进行了室内评价与测试,其性能能够满足页岩气压裂需要,并能有效改善支撑剂在垂直裂缝中的铺置效率。
In the case of the Varon shale gas development in Sichuan Basin,a small amount of sand is usually used to prevent excessive growth of fractures downward and outward,but quartz sand may not provide sufficient conductivity under high stress in deep shale reservoirs,therefore,high-grade ceramsite proppant will be mixed,shale fractures are mostly vertical fractures and horizontal fractures.
