引射器回收页岩气井口压力能应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 页岩气井生产前期高压天然气需要节流后才能进入管网,压力能存在较大程度的浪费。引射器可将高压气体的压力能直接传递给低压气体,达到中间压力,并进入管网。本文基于现场试验的设计工况,分析了工况小幅变化时,引射器均能的引射效果。结合试验现场情况,对平台增压、副线+集气站增压和引射器+集气站增压三种增压方案的投资和能耗关系进行计算对比,结果表明:采用引射器后较新敷设副线的方案成本明显降低,而与平台单点增压相比,减少了平台动设备的设置,降低了维护管理难度。 In the early stage of shale gas well production,high-pressure natural gas needs to be throttled before entering the pipelines,and there is a large degree of waste of pressure energy.The ejector can directly transfer the pressure of high pressure gas to low pressure gas,reaching the intermediate pressure,and enter the pipelines.Based on the design condition of the field test,this paper analyzes the effect of the uniform ejector when the condition changes slightly.Combined with the test site conditions,the relationship between investment and energy consumption of three supercharging schemes were calculated and compared.The results show that the cost of the scheme with the ejector is significantly reduced and the dynamic equipment of the platform is avioded,reducing the difficulty of maintenance and management.
