除重与膜技术联合处理超高浓度含镍盐水资源化利用的研究

摘要 针对镍电解车间产生的含重金属高盐废水。采用两级除重加高压膜处理的工艺可以实现车间排放满足《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010),同时能够回收利用30%以上的排水。基于除重药剂投加量的研究,优化反应器工作参数,一级除重药剂的加药量为2 mL/L,二级除重加药量为0.5 mL/L。除重后液经超滤、纳滤、反渗透后,淡水回收率为44.8%,浓水浓缩倍数为1.81。脱盐率为84.2%。 For the high-salt wastewater containing heavy metals generated from nickel electrolysis workshop.A two-stage de-weighting plus high-pressure membrane treatment process can achieve the discharge of the workshop to meet the Emission Standards for Copper,Nickel and Cobalt Industry Pollutants(GB25467-2010),and at the same time can recycle more than 30%of the drainage water.Based on the study of the dosing amount of the de-weighting agent,the working parameters of the reactor were optimized,and the dosing amount of the primary de-weighting agent was 2 mL/L,and the dosing amount of the secondary de-weighting agent was 0.5 mL/L.After the de-weighting liquid was subjected to ultrafiltration,nanofiltration and reverse osmosis,the recovery rate of fresh water was 44.8%,and the concentration multiple of concentrated water was 1.81.The desalination rate was 84.2%.
