便携式GC-MS测定环境空气中54种挥发性有机物 被引量:1

摘要 采用国产EXPEC3500B便携式气相色谱质谱联用仪,建立了测定环境空气中54种挥发性有机物的检测方法。结果表明,54种化合物分离良好且准确定性,在2~50 nmol/mol范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.990,方法检出限为0.18~2.07 nmol/mol,标准偏差RSD为2.06%~18.3%,回收率为84.0%~114%。该方法适用于环境空气种54种挥发性有机物的定性定量测定。 A detection method for the determination of 54 VOCs in ambient air was established by using domestic portable GC-MS.The results showed that the 54 poisonous substances were separated and determined well,and had a good linear relationship in the range of 2~50 nmol/mol,the detection limit of each component was 0.18 to 2.07 nmol/mol,and the RSD of were 2.06%~18.3%,spiked recoveries between 84%and 114%.The portable GC-MS method can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection of the 54VOCs in ambient air.
