嘧啶酮衍生物抗氧化活性研究

Study on Antioxidant Activities of Pyrimidinone Derivatives

摘要 嘧啶酮类衍生物具有较高的药理学活性.实验选取4种具有相同Michael加成受体单元,不同取代基的嘧啶酮衍生物,利用化合物还原铁离子能力(FRAP)和清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)的方法研究其抗氧化活性,探讨化合物结构与其抗氧化活性的关系.结果表明:4种化合物都有优异的抗氧化活性,特别是化合物a1的FRAP ne值为8.8,清除DPPH自由基的EC50值为3.15,明显优于其他3种化合物,有进一步研究开发的价值. Dihydropyrimidinone has certain physiological and pharmacological activity.In order to further improve its antioxidant activity,our group has synthesized a series of pyrimidinone derivatives,and selected four representative pyrimidinone derivatives.Their antioxidant activities were studied by using the method of ferric reducing ability of plasma(FRAP)and scavenging DPPH free radical,and the relationship between the structure of the compound and its antioxidant activity was preliminarily discussed.The results show that all four compounds have excellent antioxidant activities.The FRAP ne value of compound a1 is 8.8,and the EC50 value for DPPH radical scavenging is 3.15,which is significantly better than the other three compounds and is worthy of further research and development.
