基于Fe与CuSO_(4)制备硫酸亚铁铵的实验方法改进

摘要 针对目前教学实验“硫酸亚铁铵制备”存在释放有毒气体H_(2)S和反应速率慢等问题,进行改进和创新.改进实验用铁粉(Fe)替代铁屑,用Fe与硫酸铜(CuSO4)制备硫酸亚铁(FeSO_(4)),进而制备硫酸亚铁铵((NH4)2SO4·FeSO_(4)·6H_(2)O).相较于采用铁屑、铁粉与H2SO4制备(NH4)_(2)SO_(4)·FeSO_(4)·6H_(2)O,改进实验没有生成有毒气体H_(2)S,Fe与CuSO_(4)反应40 min后基本消耗完,反应速率更快,制备的(NH4)_(2)SO_(4)·FeSO_(4)·6H_(2)O产率达到97.62%. Improvement and innovation have been conducted to solve the problems that releasing H2S and time-consuming on the teaching experiment for the preparation of ammonium ferrous sulfate.In this study,the reduced iron powder(Fe)and copper sulfate(CuSO4)were applied to synthesis ammonium ferrous sulfate.Comparing with the experiment for the synthesis of ammonium ferrous sulfate using iron powder and sulfuric acid,the reaction time between Fe and CuSO4 on the improvement experiment was decreased to 40 min.The toxic gas in the improvement experiment didn't form,i.e.H2S.The yield of ammonium ferrous sulfate reached 97.62%on the improvement experiment.
