摘要
文章对灯泡贯流式水轮发电机定子绕组稳态和瞬态热传导特性进行了研究,分析了输出功率与电机绕组温度之间的关系。结合历史数据,建立了绕组端部和绕组中部温度之间的数学模型。通过建立灯泡贯流式水轮发电机温度测试平台,验证了理论分析的合理性。该研究为灯泡贯流式水轮发电机的绕组温度监测奠定了理论基础。
This paper studies the steady-state and transient heat conduction characteristics of the stator windings of a bulb tubular turbine generator in through-flow operation,and analyzes the relationship between output power and winding temperature.Based on historical data,a mathematical model is established between the temperature at the end of the winding and the temperature in the middle of the winding.Through the establishment of a temperature testing platform for bulb tubular turbine generators in through-flow operation,the theoretical analysis is validated.This research lays a theoretical foundation for the temperature monitoring of stator windings in bulb tubular turbine generators in through-flow operation.
