基于FOCUS-PDCA模式在提高医院管理质量中的效果分析

摘要 目的分析基于FOCUS-PDCA模式提高医院管理质量效果。方法按照常德市第一人民医院开展FOCUS-PDCA模式实施前后时间进行分组,以2021年1—8月实施常规管理方式作为实施前组,2022年1—8月作为实施后组。采用本院自制的护理质量控制标准对50名相关医护人员进行考核评分,实施前后各选择100份门诊医疗文书、100份门诊病历,分析比较医疗文书书写质量,同时选取在门诊就诊的110例患者,对比分析实施前后护理质量、门诊处方书写合格率、病历书写合格率及患者满意度。结果FOCUS-PDCA模式实施后,护理质量各项指标评分及门诊处方和病历书写合格率均明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的满意度(97.27%)也优于执行FOCUS-PDCA模式前(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于FOCUS-PDCA模式可以有效提高护理质量及处方及病历书写的合格率,同时还可提高患者对管理服务的满意度,对提升医院质量管理有重大意义。 Objective To analyze the effect of improving the quality of hospital management based on FOCUS-PDCA model.Methods Grouped according to the time before and after the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA model in Changde First People's Hospital,with the implementation of the conventional management method from January to August 2021 as the pre-implementation group and from January to August 2022 as the post-implementation group.This paper used our self-made nursing quality control standards to assess and score 50 relevant medical and nursing staff,and selected 100 outpatient medical documents and 100 outpatient medical records were sele cted before and after implementation to analyze and compare the quality of medical document writing,while 110 patients attending outpatient clinics were selected.The quality of care,outpatient prescription writing pass rate,medical record writing pass rate and patient satisfaction were compared and analyzed before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA model,the scores of nursing quality indicators and the pass rate of outpatient prescription and medical record writing were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction(97.27%)was also better than before the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA model(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the FOCUS-PDCA model,the quality of nursing care and the pass rate of prescription and medical record writing can be effectively improved,and patient satisfaction with management services can also be improved,which is of great significance for improving hospital quality management.
