摘要
目的探究急诊科护理人员应用磁性医院管理模式的效果。方法选取2019年6月—2021年7月南华大学附属长沙中心医院急诊科在职护理人员42名,根据时间不同分为管理前(2019年6月—2020年6月)行传统管理模式,和管理后(2020年7月—2021年7月)行磁性医院管理模式。对比管理前后护理人员急救技能、心理弹性以及职业幸福感。结果管理后护理人员止血引流、心肺复苏、气道管理、标本采集以及心电监护等急救技能评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员坚韧、自强、乐观等心理弹性评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员生活满意、正性情感、生命活力、健康关注、利他行为、自我价值、友好关系、人格成长等职业幸福感评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁性医院管理模式在提高护理人员急救技能、心理弹性以及职业幸福感方面作用更加显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of applying the magnetic hospital management model by nursing staff in the emergency department.Methods 42 in-service nursing staff in the Emergency Department of Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to South China University from June 2019 to July 2021 were selected.According to the time,they are divided into traditional management moded before management(June 2019 to June 2020)and magnetic hospital management moded after management(July 2020 to July 2021).The nursing staff's first aid skills,psychological resilience,and professional well-being were compared before and after management.Results After management,the scores of emergency skills such as hemostasis and drainage,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,airway management,specimen collection and electro cardiog ran monitoring of nursing staff were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of resilience,self-improvement and optimism of nurses after management were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life satisfaction,positive emotion,life vitality,health care,altruistic behavior,self-worth,friendly relationship,personality growth and other occupational well-being of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The magnetic hospital management model had a more significant effect on improving the nursing staff's emergency skills,psychological resilience,and occupational well-being.
