人性化管理对缓解护士焦虑抑郁情绪和提高护士管理满意度的影响

The Effect of Humanized Management on Alleviating Nurses' Anxiety and Depression and Improving Nurses' Satisfaction with Management

目的探讨人性化管理对缓解精神卫生中心护士焦虑抑郁情绪和提高护士管理满意度的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月枣庄市精神卫生中心46名护理人员为研究对象,于2022年1月开始对护理人员进行人性化管理。人性化管理之前(2021年7月—12月)设为对照组,实施传统护理管理模式,人性化管理实施后(2022年1月—6月)设为观察组,两组均为同批护理人员。干预后比较两组护理人员的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分和护理人员对护理管理的满意度。结果观察组护理人员焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员对护理管理满意度为95.65%,显著高于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理可降低精神卫生中心护士工作压力、改善心理健康状况,显著缓解精神卫生中心护士焦虑抑郁情绪,提高护士管理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized management on alleviating nurses'anxiety and depression and improving nurses'satisfaction with management in mental health center.Methods Forty-six nursing staff of Zaozhuang Mental Health Center from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and humanized management of nursing staff was started in January 2022.Before humanized management(July 2021 to December 2021)was set as the control group,and traditonal nursing management model was implemented;after humanized management was implemented(January 2022 to June 2022)was set as the observation group,and both groups were the same batch of nursing staff.The anxiety and depression scores of the nursing staff in the two groups and the satisfaction of the nursing staff with the nursing management were compared after the intervention.Results The anxiety and depression scores of nursing staff in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing staff with nursing management in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of 82.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management can reduce the work stress and improve the mental health status of nurses in mental health centers,significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of nurses in mental health centers,and improve nurses'satisfaction with management.
